These terms cover orders placed through tcrprint.com, the Teams/Booster fundraising program, and the Community sponsor board. By submitting a quote request, placing an order, or registering your organization, you're agreeing to the terms below.

Quotes & Estimates

Any price shown is an estimate only, not a final price. Final pricing is confirmed with you directly before any order is produced.

Orders & Production

Production begins only after you've approved final pricing and artwork. Turnaround times we provide are estimates, not guarantees.

Artwork & Intellectual Property

If you provide artwork, you're confirming you own it or have permission to use and reproduce it. We may decline artwork that appears to infringe on rights we don't have clear permission to print.

Teams & Booster Fundraising Program

TCR Print collects payment in full from each purchaser at checkout, is the merchant of record, and remits an agreed percentage of proceeds back to the registered organization after the preorder window closes and production is complete. Personalization add-ons are non-refundable once production begins.

Community Sponsor Campaigns

Payments for sponsorship spots go directly to the campaign's beneficiary through their own third-party payment link (such as Stripe). TCR Print does not collect, hold, process, or have access to those funds.

Payment

Standard orders are invoiced directly by TCR Print following your final quote approval.

Cancellations & Changes

Reach out to hello@tcrprint.com as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order.

Limitation Of Liability

TCR Print's liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that specific order.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
