Who We Are
TCR Print is a custom screen printing shop based in Grand Terrace, CA. This policy covers information collected through tcrprint.com — the quote form, contact form, Teams/Booster registration form, and the Community sponsor board.
Information We Collect
We collect only what's needed to respond to you and fulfill orders:
- Quote requests: name, email, phone, business/organization, order details.
- Contact form: name, email, and whatever message you send us.
- Teams/Booster registration: organization name, contact name, email, phone, and fundraising plans.
- Community sponsor board: sponsor names and tier levels submitted for that campaign. We do not collect or process payment information for these campaigns.
How We Use Your Information
To respond to quote requests and messages, produce and fulfill orders, and communicate about your order or fundraising campaign. We do not sell your information to third parties.
Third-Party Payment Processors
Community sponsor campaigns link out to a payment page (such as Stripe) operated directly by the individual or organization running that campaign, not by TCR Print.
A Note on Children's Information
This site is intended for use by adults. Order personalization (e.g. a child's first name on a garment) may be submitted by a parent or guardian as part of an order, and is used solely to fulfill that order.
Data Retention & Security
We keep order and inquiry information as long as reasonably necessary for business and legal purposes.
Cookies & Tracking
This site does not currently use advertising or tracking cookies.
Your Choices
You can ask us to update or delete information we have about you at any time by emailing hello@tcrprint.com.
